要在尊重、服務的基礎上提高管理手段和方法

尊(zun)(zun)重和(he)(he)服務非(fei)常重要,但尊(zun)(zun)重和(he)(he)服務代替(ti)不(bu)了管(guan)理(li),以尊(zun)(zun)重和(he)(he)服務為(wei)核心的人本管(guan)理(li)不(bu)是管(guan)理(li)的全(quan)部,管(guan)理(li)者(zhe)還需要具有必要的方法、手(shou)段、策(ce)略。

(1)動之(zhi)以情,曉之(zhi)以理。 對(dui)(dui)工(gong)人要好言好語(yu)地溝通,動之(zhi)以情,曉之(zhi)以理,盡量不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要直接對(dui)(dui)工(gong)人下命令,要切忌對(dui)(dui)工(gong)人出言不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)遜(xun),惡語(yu)傷(shang)人。罵工(gong)人、吵工(gong)人、輕則工(gong)人不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)聽(ting),重(zhong)(zhong)則會遭到(dao)工(gong)人的(de)(de)(de)辱罵甚(shen)至暴打。越(yue)(yue)是對(dui)(dui)下級工(gong)人越(yue)(yue)要尊重(zhong)(zhong),越(yue)(yue)尊重(zhong)(zhong)越(yue)(yue)能起到(dao)管理的(de)(de)(de)作用。對(dui)(dui)工(gong)人也不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要動不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)動就說罰款,開除(chu)之(zhi)類的(de)(de)(de)話,我(wo)們不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)直接對(dui)(dui)工(gong)人開工(gong)資,罰款和開除(chu)之(zhi)類的(de)(de)(de)話往往無(wu)效,成了(le)(le)虛張聲(sheng)勢(shi),降低了(le)(le)管理的(de)(de)(de)效力。

(2)要(yao)(yao)會利用領(ling)導的(de)(de)(de)力量(liang)。 針對工(gong)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)問題,在(zai)與工(gong)人(ren)溝(gou)通無(wu)效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)對工(gong)人(ren)采取過激行動,而應該向(xiang)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長溝(gou)通,與班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長溝(gou)通無(wu)效(xiao),可以(yi)向(xiang)隊伍(wu)帶班(ban)(ban)人(ren)員溝(gou)通,向(xiang)隊伍(wu)老(lao)板(ban)溝(gou)通,如果再不(bu)(bu)能(neng)解決,可以(yi)向(xiang)項(xiang)目部經理匯報(bao),利用領(ling)導的(de)(de)(de)力量(liang)向(xiang)隊伍(wu)老(lao)板(ban)溝(gou)通,一(yi)直達到管理的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。 盡管可以(yi)向(xiang)經理匯報(bao),利用領(ling)導的(de)(de)(de)力量(liang),但是,這是最后一(yi)招,不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)輕易使用,我們(men)要(yao)(yao)盡量(liang)把問題解決在(zai)我們(men)這個層面,不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)總是上交矛盾。

(3)做(zuo)好工(gong)作安(an)排,贏得隊伍的(de)(de)信任和尊重。 作為施工(gong)技(ji)術人(ren)員(yuan),要站(zhan)在工(gong)人(ren)的(de)(de)角度思考問題,為他(ta)(ta)們(men)的(de)(de)工(gong)作出(chu)主(zhu)意,想辦法,減(jian)少窩工(gong),返工(gong),讓他(ta)(ta)們(men)的(de)(de)工(gong)效(xiao)更(geng)高,賺到更(geng)多的(de)(de)錢,用自己的(de)(de)管理(li)、技(ji)術水平和關心他(ta)(ta)們(men)的(de)(de)誠意打動他(ta)(ta)們(men),這樣(yang),他(ta)(ta)們(men)會更(geng)加服從我們(men)的(de)(de)管理(li)。

(5)施工(gong)技術(shu)人員要多提(ti)(ti)高自己(ji)的綜合能(neng)力。一方面(mian)(mian)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)技術(shu)水平,一方面(mian)(mian)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)講話能(neng)力、溝(gou)通能(neng)力、書(shu)面(mian)(mian)表達(da)能(neng)力,這樣,無形中提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)了管(guan)理能(neng)力,提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)了自己(ji)的權威性。

(6)施(shi)工技術(shu)人員要(yao)不辭(ci)辛(xin)苦。 施(shi)工技術(shu)人員要(yao)做(zuo)到(dao)腿(tui)勤(qin)(qin)(qin)、嘴勤(qin)(qin)(qin)、腦勤(qin)(qin)(qin)、手勤(qin)(qin)(qin)、眼勤(qin)(qin)(qin),及時發現問題(ti),分析問題(ti),解決問題(ti),我們的辛(xin)勤(qin)(qin)(qin)工作可(ke)以換來隊伍的理解、同(tong)事的尊重、領導的認可(ke)。

(7)施工技術人員應該具有廣闊的胸懷。 施工技術人員要能受氣,忍辱負重,百折不撓地進行管理,不達到目的決不罷休。在管理中難免會生氣窩火,我們要及時調整自己,軟的不行來硬的,硬的不行來軟的,從左邊說不行從右邊說,從前邊來不行從后邊來,多用幾種手段,不管是忍著氣還是吞著聲,把工作做好才算是有能力,忍氣吞聲、左思右想、百折不回,克服困難的時候正是能力大幅提升的時候。古語云:勞心者治人,勞力者治于人。要管理別人就要多勞心,多動心思,管理者要有幾把刷子,有幾手才行。

堅持不懈地抓好各項工作,搞好施工隊伍的管理
